Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Microblading Artist to join our dynamic aesthetic team. In this role, you will specialize in creating natural, flawless eyebrows through the art of microblading— a semi-permanent tattooing technique that enhances facial features and boosts confidence. Your expertise will help clients achieve their desired look while adhering to the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and customer care. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional eager to showcase their artistry and make a lasting impact on clients’ lives.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an independent contractor position. There is no hourly pay or guaranteed salary. Compensation is commission-based, with the contractor retaining 65% of the revenue generated and 8completed receiving the remaining 35%.

Responsibilities

• Perform microblading procedures with precision, ensuring natural and symmetrical results tailored to each client’s facial structure and preferences
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, explain the process, and provide personalized recommendations
• Maintain strict adherence to tattooing, piercing safety regulations, infection control protocols, and sanitation standards to ensure client safety at all times
• Apply complementary aesthetic treatments such as lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, or other permanent makeup services as needed
• Educate clients on aftercare procedures and follow-up treatments to optimize healing and satisfaction
• Keep detailed electronic medical records (EMR systems) of client histories, consent forms, and treatment notes in compliance with health regulations
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques in microblading, tattooing, and related aesthetic treatments through ongoing education and training

Skills

• Proven experience in microblading, tattooing, or permanent makeup application with a strong portfolio of work
• Knowledge of lip blush, eyeliner pigment application, dermabrasion, and other aesthetic treatments such as eyelash extensions or body waxing
• Familiarity with tattoo and piercing safety regulations, sanitation practices, infection control procedures, and sterilization techniques
• Strong understanding of color theory and anatomy knowledge relevant to facial aesthetics
• Excellent client communication skills to build trust and ensure a positive experience from consultation through aftercare
• Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for medical records management
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments or hair threading is a plus but not required
• Sales skills for product recommendations and service upselling in a professional manner

Pay: $1,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
