Job Summary:
LOLC Bank Philippines, Inc. is hiring motivated and customer-oriented Inclusive Finance Account Officers across multiple branches. If you're passionate about sales, enjoy fieldwork, and want to grow in a fast-paced banking environment, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate loan prospects.
• Promote bank products and services to individuals and businesses.
• Process loan applications and prepare credit evaluations.
• Monitor client accounts and follow up on collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of loan files.
• Provide after-sales service and respond to client inquiries.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in banking, finance, insurance, or automotive sales is an advantage.
• College undergraduate, Senior High School, or High School graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality and customer-oriented.
• Must be computer literate.
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• With a valid riding license (motorcycle or vehicle).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

License/Certification:

• Professional driver's license (Preferred)
