Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Microscope Inspector to join our manufacturing quality assurance team. In this role, you will utilize advanced optical inspection equipment, including microscopes , to perform meticulous examinations of manufactured components and assemblies. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of quality standards will ensure that all products meet specifications and customer expectations. Duties

• Conduct thorough visual inspections of components and finished products using microscopes, vision inspection systems, and precision measuring instruments such as height gauges and verniers.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints, manufacturing documents, and technical drawings to verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with quality standards like ISO 9001

Skills

• Experience with vision inspection systems, height gauges, and other precision measurement instruments.
• Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and manufacturing documents accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Familiarity with quality audits, quality control procedures, and quality assurance practices within manufacturing environments.
