Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Microscopic Endodontist and Restorative Dentist to join our growing team full-time, with a special proficiency in Microscopic Endodontics.

Key Responsibilities

• Root Canal Therapy: Perform advanced primary root canal treatments and complex retreatments with high precision.
• Surgical Endodontics: Execute endodontic microsurgery, including apicoectomies and root-end fillings.
• Trauma Management: Diagnose and treat traumatic dental injuries, internal/external resorptions, and cracked teeth.
• Advanced Technology: Utilize dental operating Microscopes, rotary endodontics, and digital imaging for precise tracking.
• Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, interpret CBCT/X-rays, and design effective pain-management plans.
• Clinical Excellence: Maintain strict sterilization, hygiene, and safety protocols in line with UAE healthcare regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of active clinical experience within the UAE.
• Clinical Expertise: Highly proficient in rotary systems, dental Microscopes, bioceramics, and complex retreatments.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (required for effective patient communication).
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with a calm, reassuring bedside manner for anxious patients.
• Licensure: Valid SHA License/ Eligibility as a Specialist Endodontist to practice in Sharjah.
• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent specialization in Endodontics from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Restorative Knowledge: Basic familiarity with post-and-core build-ups to prepare the tooth for subsequent crowning.
• Portfolio: Proven track record or case logs showing successful complex root canal therapies.
• Insurance Knowledge: Basic familiarity with dental insurance coordination to help guide patients through treatment coverage.
• Strong Social Media presence

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Patient Satisfaction: Achieving high patient feedback scores, particularly regarding pain management and comfort.
• Treatment Success Rate: Maintaining an exceptionally low rate of post-treatment complications or failures.
• Case Acceptance Rate: Effectively communicating the value of saving natural teeth to convert consultations into treatments.
• Efficiency: Managing precise endodontic procedures effectively within scheduled appointment times.
