Hours: 36 hrs/week

Start: ASAP, Preferrably 2 Nov 2026

Language: Dutch required

The role combines operational M365 management with functional advisory and platform development.

Must-have

• Strong Microsoft 365 experience
• Strong Exchange on-premise & Exchange Online
• Operational M365 administration
• Functional analysis / solution exploration
• Translate user requirements into practical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Able to work independently from day one
• Dutch required

Nice-to-have

• Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps
• Product specialist / trusted-advisor experience
• Strategic, tactical and operational experience

Other

• Supports the organisation and several external public-sector clients.
• Combination of hands-on administration, development and advisory work .
• Dutch CV and mandatory motivation required.
