Core Expertise
8+ years in Microsoft enterprise technologies
4+ years as a Solution / Cloud Architect
Deep hands-on knowledge of:
o Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
o Azure AD / Entra ID
o Azure core services and security
Technical Strengths
Identity & access management (IAM)
M365 security, compliance, and governance
Hybrid cloud architecture
Power Platform architecture (Power Apps, Power Automate – preferred)
Monitoring and security tooling (Defender, Sentinel – preferred)
Certifications (Strongly Preferred)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Security certifications are a plus
Soft Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Strong architectural judgment—can say no when needed
Executive-level communication skills
Ability to simplify complex architecture for non-technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset and accountability
