Contract to Hire Onsite – Miami, FL Job Description

• Must Have: Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft 365 Administration.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 solutions, including Office 365 administration.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.
• Experience managing Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) solutions across enterprise environments.
• Proficient in administering and supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 devices.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.
• Experience planning, deploying, and optimizing Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience implementing security, compliance, and device management best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project delivery experience in enterprise Microsoft environments.
