The Belgian, German, and European energy landscape is in full swing. A leading European transmission system operator plays a crucial role in this sector.

This operator ensures the reliability and sustainability of the electricity supply in Belgium and Germany through its national subsidiaries.

Side-by-side with other contingent workers and internal staff, you will contribute to building a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure that stimulates economic growth and reduces ecological footprint.

Missions

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and group policies through Azure Active Directory and the Microsoft 365 admin center.
  • Configure and support security policies, data loss prevention, and compliance framework within Microsoft 365.
  • Implement and maintain Teams Rooms, communication systems, and integrated collaboration tools.
  • Support onboarding, migration, and hybrid environments (on-premises to cloud).
  • Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and resolve Microsoft 365-related issues.
  • Develop and automate workflows with Power Automate and PowerShell scripts.
  • Monitor service health, performance, and capacity.
  • Maintain technical documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide training, best practices, and second-line support to end users and IT staff.
  • Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies (where needed).
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
  • Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.

Additional Information

  • Work regime: full-time
  • On-duty: Participate in shift/on-call rotations as per operational policy when required (24/7 availability).
  • Onsite presence: 2 days of physical presence on site per week by default is required.
  • For non-EU candidates working in Belgium, candidates must:
    • Possess a work permit allowing the individual to work in Belgium.
    • Hold a valid residence permit confirming the right of residence in Belgium.
  • Local conditions apply depending on where the purchase order (PO) will be created.
  • General Purchasing Conditions apply according to the location of the PO creation.
  • The operator maintains flexibility to switch the location of the PO, respecting local tender processes.

Profile wanted


  1. Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator, engineer, or specialist
  2. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD
  3. Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, or similar automation tools
  4. Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features (MFA, conditional access, DLP)
  5. Experience with identity and device management via Intune or hybrid AD environments
  6. Familiarity with licensing models, tenant management, and service configuration
  7. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  8. Experience with monitoring systems
  9. Fluent in English
  10. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  11. Ability to successfully pass Security Clearance (Security Clearance Act - SÜG)
