Skills and Responsibilities:

Role Overview

The Microsoft 365 Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for Microsoft cloud technologies,

ensuring secure, scalable, and innovative solutions across collaboration, productivity, security, and

AI platforms. The role will drive adoption and optimization of M365 services while supporting

strategic digital workplace initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, implementation, and operational management of Microsoft 365 services.

• Provide technical oversight for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive,

Power Platform, and Copilot solutions.

• Drive M365 governance, security, compliance, and platform optimization initiatives.

• Lead migration and modernization programs from legacy collaboration and messaging platforms.

• Design and implement automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft

Graph APIs.

• Support adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled workplace solutions.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory

requirements.

• Manage escalations, technical risks, and platform performance issues.

• Build technical roadmaps aligned to business transformation objectives.

• Mentor engineering teams and establish M365 best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise

environments.

• Expertise in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Entra

ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Purview.

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles and cloud governance.

• Experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.

• Strong customer engagement and consulting skills.
