Role Summary:

We are seeking Microsoft 365 Support Resources to support Distribution List migrations and Shared Mailbox migrations, along with BAU operations including user requests and incidents.

The resources will act as primary on-call support during assigned coverage windows and collaborate closely with client associates during onboarding and transition.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online Administration

Microsoft 365 Administration

SharePoint

Hands-on Microsoft 365 operations support

Microsoft 365 migration activities

End-user request and incident support

Migration support experience

Client-facing BAU support in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to a client environment

Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of Distribution List migrations.

Support Shared Mailbox migrations.

Provide BAU support for service requests and incidents.

Serve as primary on-call support during assigned working hours.

Collaborate with client associates during transition and onboarding.

Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online issues.

Support SharePoint collaboration and content activities as required.

Required Certifications / Knowledge:

Microsoft 365 Fundamentals – MS-900

Troubleshooting Microsoft Exchange Online – MS-220

Microsoft 365 Administrator – MS-102

Coverage / Schedule:

Coverage window: 8:00 AM EST – 8:00 PM EST

Two resources will coordinate through overlapping or staggered shifts.

Each resource will serve as the primary on-call contact during their assigned working hours.
