Relevant Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years' experience supporting Microsoft 365 solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and support.
• Demonstrable experience supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience creating, configuring, or supporting Copilot Studio solutions and Copilot Agents.
• Experience with Power Platform automation and workflow solutions.
• Experience managing complex incidents, escalations, and stakeholder engagements.
• Experience working within cloud-first environment.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities/KRAs/KPIs:

• Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio & Copilot Agent Responsibilities
• Microsoft Copilot
• Support, administer, and optimise Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
• Troubleshoot Copilot licensing, access, indexing, permissions, and data grounding issues.
• Assist users with effective prompt engineering and Copilot best practices.
• Monitor Copilot adoption, usage, and value realisation.
• Support governance, compliance, and security controls relating to Copilot.
• Copilot Studio & Copilot Agents
• Support Copilot Agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Configure agent knowledge sources and integrations with Microsoft 365 services.
• Troubleshoot Copilot Studio solutions, generative AI responses, and agent performance issues.
• Promote best practices for responsible AI, governance, security, and data protection.
