About the role:

I'm proud to be working with an award-winning law firm looking to strengthen its Microsoft 365 capability, with a particular focus on Copilot and the wider adoption of AI.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Microsoft 365 specialist to take ownership of internal support and continuous improvement of M365 & Copilot, while developing their expertise in emerging AI technologies.

You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders across the business to improve the user experience, maintain a secure and effective Microsoft 365 environment, and identify opportunities to get more value from the technology available.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced application support across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and estate, includin, Copilot, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, acting as a point of escalation for the wider support function.
• Take ownership of Copilot configuration, administration, licensing, permissions and ongoing service optimisation.
• Evaluate new features, updates and capabilities across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Monitor Microsoft's product roadmap and assess how new functionality could benefit the organisation.
• Collaborate with technology, security and risk teams to support the safe and effective implementation of AI tools.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 applications within the professional services.
• Strong understanding of Copilot capabilities, access controls, permissions and information governance.
• Experience in resolving escalated application issues, ideally at third-line level.
• The ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and the evolution of workplace technology.
