Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps Trainer to deliver professional training aligned with the AZ-400 certification and modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, infrastructure automation, release management, and application deployment.

The candidate should be capable of delivering practical, project-oriented training and guiding learners through end-to-end DevOps workflows using Microsoft Azure and related development and deployment tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training on Microsoft Azure DevOps concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Prepare learners for AZ-400 certification topics and practical DevOps scenarios.
• Train learners on Azure Repos, Git, branching strategies, pull requests, and source control management.
• Provide hands-on training on Azure Pipelines and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
• Explain build automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management.
• Train learners on YAML pipelines, pipeline templates, variables, and reusable workflows.
• Cover deployment strategies, approvals, release gates, and environment management.
• Explain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Azure Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform, as applicable.
• Provide training on Azure Boards, work items, Agile planning, and project tracking.
• Train learners on package management using Azure Artifacts.
• Explain application security, secret management, DevSecOps, and pipeline security practices.
• Cover containerization and deployment workflows using Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), where applicable.
• Introduce learners to monitoring, logging, feedback loops, and deployment performance.
• Demonstrate integration with GitHub, Azure services, and third-party DevOps tools.
• Prepare training materials, practical labs, assignments, and real-time project scenarios.
• Guide learners through end-to-end CI/CD implementation projects.
• Evaluate learner performance and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles and software delivery lifecycle.
• Experience with Git, Azure Repos, branching strategies, and source control.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines.
• Experience creating and managing YAML-based pipelines.
• Understanding of build automation, release management, and deployment strategies.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with Azure services, identity management, access control, and security.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AKS is an advantage.
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and pipeline optimization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert certification or equivalent practical expertise.
• Previous experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, DevOps Consultant, or Technical Trainer.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Azure Repos, Azure Pipelines, and automated testing.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, security scanning, and compliance practices.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure automation and container-based deployments.
• Previous experience delivering corporate, classroom, or online training.
• Experience preparing learners for Microsoft Azure certification exams is an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from experienced Azure DevOps Engineers and DevOps Consultants who are passionate about teaching and mentoring learners. Candidates should have practical project experience and the ability to explain DevOps concepts through live demonstrations, hands-on labs, troubleshooting exercises, and real-world CI/CD projects.

Pay: ₹401,000.00 - ₹1,630,000.00 per year
