Job Purpose

To design and oversee enterprise-level solutions that integrate multiple Microsoft technologies into a cohesive, secure, and scalable architecture, with a particular focus on collaboration and SharePoint environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platforms to meet business requirements
• Lead architectural decisions on integration between SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft technologies
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure solution architectures
• Provide technical governance and oversight across solution design and implementation
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
• Produce architecture documentation, design standards, and best-practice guidelines

• Certification: Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
• Minimum experience: 5 years
• Demonstrable experience: Designing solutions that integrate various Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and integration patterns
• Proven experience designing SharePoint-centric collaboration solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills

Pay: R544 210,14 - R1 646 600,56 per year
