Responsibilities

• Design and architect comprehensive cloud solutions utilizing Microsoft Cloud platforms to meet evolving enterprise needs.
• Develop and maintain precise technical documentation that outlines system architectures, integration patterns, and operational procedures.
• Establish and oversee AI Evaluation Frameworks to assess, validate, and deploy artificial intelligence initiatives effectively.
• Provide high-level application support and conduct deep-dive troubleshooting to resolve critical system issues.
• Implement and manage comprehensive system monitoring strategies to ensure real-time visibility into infrastructure health.
• Drive continuous performance optimization initiatives to enhance system efficiency and reduce latency.
• Define and enforce best practices for Cloud Architecture and Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture across the organization.
• Lead the integration of Generative AI technologies into existing business processes and applications.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 4-6 years of hands-on experience in IT Services, specifically within cloud architecture roles.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in Microsoft Cloud Enterprise Architecture and general Cloud Architecture principles.
• Show strong proficiency in creating Technical Documentation and applying AI Evaluation Frameworks.
• Have a solid background in Application Support, Troubleshooting, and System Monitoring.
• Display a track record of delivering Performance Optimization results in complex environments.
• Possess knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI applications and their architectural implications.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, and efficient technical strategies.
