Microsoft Cloud Specialist

A leading organization in Qatar is looking for a Qatari Microsoft Cloud Specialist to help drive its digital transformation. This is a confidential search, and the company name will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.

This role is more than a technical position. You will help shape the cloud foundation behind a organization, working on projects that support Qatar Vision 2030 while building your own long-term career here at home.

Role Purpose

Design, implement, and support the organization’s Microsoft cloud environment, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
• Lead and support cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Monitor performance, availability, and cost, and optimize cloud resources
• Apply security, governance, and compliance best practices across the cloud environment
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with vendors and partners
• Create technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
• Work with business and IT teams to turn requirements into cloud solutions
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
• Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and identity management
• Experience with automation (PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform) is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-500, MS-102, or similar) are highly valued
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
