Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform Specialist

The project focuses on building internal business applications and automations using Microsoft ecosystem tools.

The main goal is to transform manual business processes into automated workflows and AI-driven operations using Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot.

The work includes designing process flows, building applications and implementing AI assistants that support daily operations across departments such as HR, operations and administration.

The environment is fully based on Microsoft stack, with strong focus on integrations, automation and real business impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal applications using Power Apps
• Design and implement automation workflows in Power Automate
• Create and configure Copilot agents and AI assistants for business processes
• Integrate Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, Teams, CRM systems)
• Analyze business processes and propose automation improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver functional and scalable solutions

HR call

After we receive your CV you will have a short conversation with HR, during which we will initially tell you about SafetyHeads, the project and the role that interests you, and we will gladly hear about your expectations.

Online meeting

We invite you to a 1.5-hour meeting with HR and a technical person, during which we will get to know each other better, talk about your experience and the possibilities we have for you.

Meeting with the customer

The client is also very happy to meet you. There will be one or two interviews with him, if necessary.
