Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Engineer

Are you passionate about building AI-powered business solutions and intelligent copilots? We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and implement next-generation automation and conversational AI solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem. The role involves building enterprise-grade copilots, intelligent workflows, and business applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure AI services . This role aligns with internally documented Copilot Studio and Power Platform engineering capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio .
• Build automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) .
• Design and develop Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps integrated with Dataverse.
• Create custom connectors and integrate enterprise applications through Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Azure Functions, SharePoint , and third-party platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
• Design prompts, workflows, and grounding strategies for LLM-based applications and copilots .
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Azure AI services and enterprise data sources.
• Apply ALM, CI/CD, governance, security, and best practices across Power Platform environments.
