Role Overview

We are looking for a Microsoft Data Loss Prevention (DLP) professional experienced in security alert monitoring, incident investigation, DLP policy management, and data protection across endpoint, network, email, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and triage DLP security alerts and incidents.
• Analyze DLP events across endpoint, network, email, and cloud/CASB/SaaS channels.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into potential data leaks and unauthorized data sharing.
• Investigate insider threat activities and determine malicious versus accidental exposure.
• Create, test, update, and tune DLP policies and data classification rules.
• Reduce false positives and improve DLP detection accuracy.
• Coordinate containment and remediation activities for confirmed data exposures.
• Work with Legal, Privacy, HR, and IT Operations during sensitive-data investigations.
• Maintain detailed investigation documentation and incident logs.
• Track DLP KPIs and prepare regular reporting on data-risk trends.
