ABOUT THE POSITION:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant at BURGA is more than just a title – it’s a front-row seat to the operational engine behind a brand that’s taking the world by storm. Every phone case, every collection launch and every order shipped to millions of customers runs through our systems, and you’ll be the one making sure they run smoothly.
Your Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is at the core of our manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and financial operations. As our Business Central Functional Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert who understands how these processes work together on the factory floor and in the system, and who continuously improves the way Business Central supports our growth. This is a hands-on, office-based role, close to the Warehouse, Production and Supply Chain teams you’ll work with every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Configure and maintain Business Central functionality across Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance.

• Support manufacturing processes, including production orders, BOMs, routings, consumption, output, and production planning.
• Support inventory management processes, including transfers, adjustments, availability, reservations, and inventory accuracy.
• Configure and improve warehouse processes, including locations, bins, receipts, put-aways, picks, movements, and shipments.
• Ensure that operational transactions are correctly reflected across purchasing, sales, inventory, costing, and financial reporting.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data flows between Business Central and connected warehouse, production, e-commerce, finance, and other systems.
• Work closely with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Production, Finance, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Business Central solutions.
• Define functional requirements and specifications for Business Central enhancements and custom development.
• Support testing and UAT for new functionality, integrations, process changes, and Business Central upgrades.
• Troubleshoot functional and operational issues, identify root causes, and work with developers when technical changes or integrations are required.
• Create process documentation and provide guidance and training to Business Central users.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV/Navision as a Functional Consultant, ERP Specialist, Key User, or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting at least one of these Business Central areas: Manufacturing, Inventory, or Warehouse Management.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and supply chain processes and how they connect.
• General understanding of Business Central Finance and how operational transactions impact costing and accounting.
• A track record of gathering business requirements and translating them into practical system solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting Business Central issues and working with both business users and technical teams.
• Fluent English.
• A passion for operational excellence and making systems work better for the people who use them every day.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Business Central APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Experience with data migration, system upgrades, or NAV-to-Business Central migration projects.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (MB-800)

SALARY:  4000 - 5500 Eur/Month GROSS.
