About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Lead to own and expand their ERP platform across the organization. This role will serve as the primary Business Central subject matter expert, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and executive leadership to optimize processes, improve reporting, and drive enterprise adoption.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys blending ERP administration, business process improvement, and implementation leadership. Candidates with prior Business Central deployment, migration, or ERP transformation experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and roadmap.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Lead functional configuration, system enhancements, testing, and deployment activities.
• Support and optimize Finance & Accounting processes as the initial business priority.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational and financial decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners on integrations, upgrades, and future rollouts.
• Help scale Business Central as an enterprise-wide platform supporting future growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.
• Strong ERP functional and administrative knowledge.
• Experience supporting Finance and Accounting workflows.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or participating in ERP implementations, migrations, or major system deployments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience migrating from Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to Business Central.
• Background supporting manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or supply chain operations.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience working with external implementation partners and consultants.
