Role & responsibilities

Nyla Info Technologies Private Limited is looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Technical and Functional Trainers to join our training team.

We are seeking professionals with strong hands-on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central implementation and consulting experience who can deliver practical, project-oriented training using real-world business scenarios.

Candidates with consulting or implementation experience who are interested in training and mentoring are also encouraged to apply.

1. Business Central Technical Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central technical topics.
• Train candidates in AL programming and Visual Studio Code.
• Explain Business Central architecture, extensions, objects, events, APIs, integrations, and customizations.
• Conduct practical development exercises and real-world assignments.
• Guide candidates through end-to-end Business Central technical projects.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and interview preparation sessions.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical Business Central functional training using real-world business scenarios.
• Explain Business Central configuration, business processes, and implementation methodology.
• Conduct hands-on training across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and other relevant modules.
• Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis exercises.
• Train candidates on configuration, testing, data migration, UAT, user training, and go-live processes.
• Prepare candidates for Business Central functional consultant interviews and certification exams.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

• At least one end-to-end Business Central implementation experience.
• Strong practical and hands-on Business Central knowledge.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, or support projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical or functional concepts clearly.
• Ability to train candidates using real-world implementation scenarios.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous corporate or technical training experience is preferred.
• Business Central certification is an advantage.
