Hiring: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant | Finance / SCM

We are supporting a US-based global IT solutions company with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise digital transformation .

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale ERP transformation projects for Japanese enterprises , including global rollouts across Japan, Asia, and Western markets .

Location: Tokyo, Japan | Hybrid

Salary: ～10M￥ ※negotiable depending on skills, experience, seniority, current package etc.

What You'll Do

• Work across the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects
• Support planning, requirements definition, system design and project management
• Participate in global Dynamics 365 rollout projects for Japanese companies
• Conduct local requirements analysis and Fit/Gap analysis
• Support implementation, rollout and post-implementation activities
• Provide ongoing system operation, maintenance and improvement proposals
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Japan and international locations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO / SCM implementation projects involving requirements definition through testing
• Knowledge of core business processes such as: Finance / Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Japanese: JLPT N2 or above
• English: TOEIC 650+ / equivalent communication ability
• Development or technical experience
• Microsoft Power Platform knowledge or experience
