Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to design, architect, and lead enterprise CRM solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, CRM architecture, integrations, customization, and enterprise solution design.

The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, developers, and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into scalable and secure Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the overall Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture and technical solution strategy.

• Design and implement solutions across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.

• Lead architecture for CRM customization, configuration, integrations, security, and data migration.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise applications using REST APIs, Web APIs, Azure services, and middleware.

• Provide technical leadership to Dynamics 365 developers and functional consultants.

• Define data models, entities/tables, relationships, business rules, workflows, and security models.

• Design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Work with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, or similar technologies.

• Lead CRM data migration and transformation activities.

• Establish development, deployment, integration, and environment-management standards.

• Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and security standards.

• Troubleshoot complex Dynamics 365 technical and integration issues.

• Participate in architecture reviews, design sessions, sprint planning, and technical discussions.

• Mentor developers and provide guidance on Dynamics 365 best practices.
