Position Overview

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you'll play a central role in delivering CRM solutions that meet business requirements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, configure the platform accordingly, and ensure successful implementation. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving customer relationship management processes and supporting the organisation's digital objectives.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements to design appropriate CRM solutions

• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules to align with business processes

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end users

• Document functional specifications and system configurations clearly

• Support stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle

• Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend practical solutions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional implementation

• Strong understanding of CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service

• Proven ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional designs

• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, and security roles within Dynamics 365

• Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively throughout the contract period

• Fluency in English for daily communication and documentation
