Role Summary

BNP Paribas Real Estate is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365, .NET/C#, and Power Platform technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating CRM solutions that support business transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on technical expertise along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams.

Mandatory Requirements

•   10+ years of overall IT experience.
  

•   Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
  

•   Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
  

•   Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform.
  

•   Experience in designing scalable CRM solutions and implementing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•   Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  

•   Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and integrations using C# and .NET.
  

•   Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security models.
  

•   Build and enhance applications using Power Apps.
  

•   Develop and maintain CRM-related APIs and integration services.
  

•   Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
  

•   Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
  

•   Troubleshoot and resolve CRM application issues and performance bottlenecks.
  

•   Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical estimations.
  

•   Support testing, deployment, and production releases.
  

•   Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance where required.
