Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Experience Developer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Customer Experience Developer to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will support the design and delivery of customer experience solutions that help translate business needs into effective technical outcomes. The position will collaborate closely with customers and internal stakeholders to define system approaches, resolve platform constraints, and create clear documentation that supports implementation. The work will also include presenting data and solution concepts in a way that is visually compelling and easy for stakeholders to understand.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Envision and document system design specifications through various visual diagrams.
• Articulate and resolve issues related to system limitations and constraints.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and implement tailored solutions.
• Translate customer needs into technical solution designs effectively.
• Compile and present customer data in visually appealing reports and diagrams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for information access under this program.
• Expertise in JavaScript, C#.NET, VB.NET, and/or ASP.NET.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, PowerPlatform, SQL, and SharePoint Online.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Visual Studio, Jira, and GitHub.
