What they need
Main responsibilities
- Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Configure forms, views, fields, relationships, dashboards and security roles.
- Develop C# plug-ins, workflows and scheduled tasks.
- Manage users, teams, queues and business units.
- Maintain email routing and system integrations.
- Develop Power BI and SQL Server reports.
- Support database queries, troubleshooting, backups and restoration.
- Move approved changes from development to the live system.
- Support integrations with payment, finance, human-resources and third-party systems.
