Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join a project focused on developing, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, extending CRM functionalities, developing workflows and automations, and implementing integrations with connected systems.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript, combined with analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in an agile environment.

What You Will Do:

• Develop, customize, and configure functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Develop extensions, workflows, and automations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
• Design, implement, and optimize system integrations, including API-based interfaces.
• Monitor existing integrations, analyze errors, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare technical specifications, implementation documentation, and other technical deliverables.
• Support effort estimations, sprint planning, testing, releases, and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with technical quality standards and development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in agile project activities and regularly coordinate progress with relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Must-have Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly one or more of the following modules or solutions:
• Project Operations
• Customer Engagement (CE)
• Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Project Service Automation (PSA)
• Field Service
• Customer Service
• Experience in customizing, configuring, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Very good knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript/TypeScript for developing Dynamics 365 extensions.
• Experience in preparing technical specifications and implementation documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and organized manner.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with business and technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-have Requirements:

• Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with external systems.
• Practical experience with Dataverse, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in the energy and utilities sector or with network operators.
