Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join our Digital Delivery Organization, working within the domain Customer Engagement. The role is part of the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) program, which supports key customer-facing processes across the company. CEP consists of three main streams:

• CRM
• Customer Support
• Product Quotation & Contract (PQC)

In this role, you will help develop, configure, and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365-based solutions supporting global commercial processes, including product management, pricing, quotations, and contracts.

You will work closely with our Digital Lead, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into practical, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.

This is a hands-on role where you will contribute to both new functionality and continuous improvements, ensuring our digital solutions support the evolving needs of the business.

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within the PQC domain.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations and system improvements.
• Support business processes related to product management, pricing, quotations, and contracts.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with technical teams to identify and implement solutions.
• Participate in testing, releases, system upgrades, and implementation activities.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other digital teams to improve processes and user experience.

Who are you?

We believe you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology. You have a good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enjoy translating business needs into effective system solutions.

We would like you to have:

• Around 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in a functional consulting or application specialist role.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, functional design, and application improvements.
• A good understanding of business processes and enterprise applications.
• Experience with troubleshooting, testing, and supporting system implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technology teams.

Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, integrations, commercial processes, or Agile delivery methodologies would be an advantage.
