As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Finance, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and automating financial operations for enterprise clients. Leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and integration, you will streamline business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure seamless workflow automation. This position is critical to driving the digital transformation initiatives of HCLTech's clients, enabling them to achieve operational excellence and strategic business goals.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance solutions in alignment with client requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and design optimized workflows for finance and operations, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Develop and implement robust reporting and integration solutions within Dynamics 365 to support decision-making and data accuracy.
• Facilitate user training sessions, create comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement, proactively recommending enhancements to maximize business value.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, business, and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards, particularly in the Moroccan market.

Skill Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including configuration, customization, reporting, and integration.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in finance and operations.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and automate workflows to drive operational efficiency.
• Experience delivering Dynamics 365 solutions in a multinational or large-scale enterprise environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
