Role Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales SME (Techno-Functional Consultant)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable Dynamics 365 Sales solutions.
• Design, configure, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales while maximising standard platform capabilities.
• Support integrations, development activities, data migration initiatives, and deployment management across environments.
• Drive SIT and UAT activities, collaborate with architects and business stakeholders, and ensure successful solution delivery.

Core Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM), including end-to-end implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, Dataverse, CRM configuration/customisation, and solution design.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), deployment pipelines, Azure Data Factory (ADF), data migration, and API integrations.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, Plugins, Power Automate, Custom APIs, and ERP integrations. SAP integration experience is highly desirable.

• Manufacturing, industrial equipment, or field service environments.
• Global transformation programmes and enterprise-scale implementations.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
