Who are we looking for
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant
Years of experience needed: 6 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with full life cycle implementations.
Technical Skills:
At least 2 End-to-End implementations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM).
Strong knowledge of Lead & Opportunity Management.
Account & Contact Management.
Sales Pipeline & Forecasting Management.
Product & Price List Management.
Quotes, Orders & Invoicing process understanding.
Territory Management and Sales Insights.
Configuration of entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integrations.
Requirement gathering and preparation of Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.
User training and post-implementation support.
Data migration and integration experience.
Process Skills:
Strong understanding of Sales and CRM business processes.
Experience in fit-gap analysis and solution design.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of MS Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Behavioral Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent customer-handling skills.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude.
Certification:
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
