1. Job Summary

   • Support Supply Chain and ERP functional activities across procurement, inventory, warehouse management, and production processes.

   • Assist in business requirement gathering, process analysis, system testing, documentation, user support, and post-go-live activities.

   • Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to support successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities Business Process Support

   • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.

   • Support analysis of supply chain processes and workflows.

   • Participate in:

     • Process mapping
     • Gap analysis
     • Business process reviews

   • Work with business users to understand operational challenges and requirements.ERP Functional Support

   • Assist in configuring SCM modules within ERP systems.

   • Support functional processes across:

     • Procurement
     • Inventory Management
     • Warehouse Management
     • Production Control
     • Production Planning

   • Create and maintain functional and process documentation.

   • Support data migration validation and data cleansing activities.Testing & Quality Assurance

   • Prepare test cases and test scripts.

   • Execute:

     • System testing
     • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
     • Regression testing

   • Document, track, and follow up on defects and resolution activities.

   • Validate system changes and enhancements against business requirements.User Training & Support

   • Assist in preparing:

     • User guides
     • Training materials
     • Process documentation

   • Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting.

   • Assist in conducting end-user training sessions.

   • Support post-go-live activities and issue resolution.Reporting & Documentation

   • Prepare project status reports and documentation.

   • Maintain:

     • Process documents
     • User manuals
     • Configuration records
     • Test documentation

   • Assist in preparing project deliverables and supporting project governance activities.Responsibilities by Module Procurement

   • Create and maintain vendor/supplier records.

   • Support Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.

   • Assist with procurement workflow testing and validation.

   • Support procurement-related issue analysis.Inventory Management

   • Support inventory transactions and related processes.

   • Assist with stock reconciliation.

   • Monitor inventory records and reports.

   • Support inventory data validation and issue resolution.Warehouse Management

   • Assist with warehouse processes, including:

     • Receiving
     • Picking
     • Put-away
     • Shipping

   • Support warehouse process documentation and testing.

   • Assist users with basic warehouse process issues.Production Control

   • Support production order creation and monitoring.

   • Assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) validation.

   • Support routing validation and production process testing.

   • Assist with production planning and control activities.Required Qualifications

   • Bachelors degree in:

     • Supply Chain Management
     • Business Administration
     • Engineering
     • Operations Management
     • Information Technology
     • Or a related field

   • 0-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP Support, or Functional Consulting.

   • Understanding of basic supply chain concepts and business processes.

   • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

   • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

   • Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.

   • Willingness to learn ERP systems and supply chain technologies.Preferred Qualifications

   • Exposure to ERP platforms such as:

   • Basic knowledge of:
