We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our teams in Zurich and contribute to challenging IT projects.

You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions , ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with business needs and IT architecture standards.

In this role, you will be involved in key activities such as:

• Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions , from requirements analysis to deployment
• Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Defining and maintaining scalable, reliable, and sustainable solution architectures
• Collaborating with development teams and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Designing and overseeing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications
• Ensuring compliance with technical standards, development best practices, and quality requirements
• Supporting testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities
• Identifying opportunities to optimize system performance, business processes, and application efficiency
• Providing technical guidance and expertise in a complex and international environment

👤 Your Profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 , ideally Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or Dynamics AX
• Solid understanding of ERP systems, software architecture, and application integration
• Experience with X++, C#, or .NET technologies is a strong advantage
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles and technical project delivery
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment
• Fluent English ; German is a strong plus
