15+ years of overall experience , with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, techno-functional consulting, implementation, integration, and solution estimation.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior D365 Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of enterprise ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Ecuador localization , including localization-specific business requirements, statutory processes, and implementation considerations. Experience with ISA-specific implementations , solution estimation, integrations, and end-to-end system integration is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance implementations from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Provide techno-functional expertise across D365 Finance modules and business processes.
• Have strong hands-on knowledge of Ecuador localization requirements and their implementation in D365 Finance.
• Understand and translate business requirements into scalable D365 Finance solutions.
• Analyze ISA-specific implementation requirements and align them with the overall D365 Finance solution architecture.
• Prepare effort estimates, resource estimates, timelines, and high-level delivery plans for D365 Finance initiatives.
• Analyze integration requirements and define appropriate integration approaches between D365 Finance and external systems.
• Work with technical teams to define integration interfaces, data flows, dependencies, and error-handling requirements.
• Support system integration activities, including end-to-end integration design, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, integration teams, and project managers.
• Review functional and technical specifications and ensure that proposed solutions meet business and localization requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and potential technical/functional challenges during implementation.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to functional and technical team members.
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Ensure solutions follow D365 Finance best practices and maintainability standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in ERP/Dynamics implementations, with significant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance .
• Strong techno-functional expertise in D365 Finance.
• Mandatory: Strong Ecuador localization experience in D365 Finance.
• Experience with ISA-specific implementations and related business/technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of D365 Finance architecture, configuration, customization, and extensions.
• Experience gathering and analyzing complex business requirements.
• Strong estimation and solution-planning skills.
• Good understanding of integration requirements and architecture .
• Experience with system integrations involving D365 Finance and third-party/external applications.
• Ability to understand end-to-end data flows and integration dependencies.
• Experience working with technical teams on integration design and implementation.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as a senior SME and collaborate effectively with distributed/global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale or multi-country D365 Finance implementations.
• Experience working with global implementation teams and offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Knowledge of D365 Finance integration technologies and patterns.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and production support.
• Strong documentation and solution-design skills.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics certifications are preferred.
