Required Skills

• 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development experience.

• 4+ years of recent hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Online.

• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM architecture, customization, configuration, and deployment.

• Hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, including:

• Custom Plugins

• Custom Workflow Activities/Assemblies

• Business Logic

• Strong experience with Dataverse and D365 customization.

• Strong Dynamics 365 CRM module knowledge Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.

• Experience with CRM integrations using:

• REST/Web APIs

• SOAP

• Dataverse Web API/OData

• C#/.NET-based integration services

• Strong Power Platform experience:

• Power Apps

• Model-Driven Apps

• Canvas Apps

• Power Automate

• PCF Controls

• Hands-on Azure experience, especially:

• Azure Functions

• Logic Apps

• Service Bus

• Key Vault

• App Service

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience with HTML/CSS; Angular, React, or jQuery is preferred.

• Strong SQL Server experience, including complex queries and stored procedures.

• Experience with Azure DevOps/TFS, Git, and Visual Studio.

• Experience with D365 solution management and deployment, including managed/unmanaged solutions and environment migrations.

• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and .NET best practices.

• Experience troubleshooting plugins, workflows, integrations, APIs, security, performance, and deployment issues.
