Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Technical Consultant / Senior Developer for a reputed client.

Job Details

• Role: D365 F&O Technical Consultant / Senior Developer
• Experience: 6+ Years
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science or a related engineering specialization
• Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds

Key Responsibilities

• Work on both Application Management Services (AMS) support and project implementation.
• Prepare, review, and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDD) and other project documentation.
• Manage system upgrades, Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), code deployment, code merging, and system optimization.
• Handle system administration, security roles, and AI-based predictive analytics for issue identification.
• Gather technical requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders and client teams.
• Participate in client workshops and contribute to technical pre-sales activities.
• Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies while ensuring project timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior developers and stay updated with the latest Microsoft releases.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver solutions independently.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• X++, C#, and Visual Studio
• D365 F&O extensions and Chain of Command (CoC)
• OData integrations, Logic Apps, and enterprise integrations
• Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• GitHub and version control systems
• Lifecycle Services (LCS), code deployment, and code merging
• Technical requirements gathering and solution design
• System administration and security roles
• Technical documentation and enterprise software engineering practices

• Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technical domain.
• Strong technical design, development, troubleshooting, and integration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage scope-based development activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to guide junior developers and manage project delivery expectations.

Your Role

As a D365 F&O Technical Resource, you will design and deliver complex Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, manage technical architecture and deployments, support project delivery, and act as the Application Lead for the team. You will also coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation while managing delivery timelines and expectations.
