Job Summary

Cloudmonte Technologies is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Navision Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ERP implementation, business requirement analysis, system configuration, and client management, along with a good understanding of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Work with clients to understand business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Handle functional areas such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain Management.
• Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional requirement documents.
• Coordinate with technical consultants and developers for customizations and integrations.
• Perform functional testing, UAT, and troubleshooting.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
• Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of project requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
• Strong knowledge of ERP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Knowledge of Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in functional testing, UAT, and user training.
• Ability to coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client requirements and work independently.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects.
• Knowledge of data migration, integrations, and reporting.
• Experience working with international clients.
