• Responsible for team decisions

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams

• Lead the application development process

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical

• Strong understanding of CRM systems

• Experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM

• Knowledge of CRM development best practices

• Hands-on experience in CRM integration

• Experience in troubleshooting and issue resolution
