About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist to support manufacturing and product data management activities for an innovative medical technology organization.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing, operations, production support, or data administration who enjoys working with systems, documentation, and cross-functional teams. You will help maintain accurate product and manufacturing records, process updates from engineering and operations teams, and support the migration and management of data within Microsoft Dynamics and related systems.

You do not need to be a senior expert. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, highly organized, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create, update, and maintain product and manufacturing records in Microsoft Dynamics and related business systems
  • Process engineering and manufacturing changes, ensuring documentation is accurately reflected in system records
  • Review paper-based and electronic records and enter information into business systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Support work order creation and tracking activities
  • Maintain configuration, serial number, part number, and product build information
  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist with documentation processes supporting product development and validation activities
  • Help support refurbishment, reuse, and lifecycle tracking of hardware and components
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements as the team develops and refines data management workflows

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, operations, production support, supply chain, or data administration environment
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar platforms are a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in medical devices, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with manufacturing documentation, work orders, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, product builds, or configuration management
  • Experience supporting engineering or manufacturing teams

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to support cutting-edge medical technology products
  • Work alongside engineering and manufacturing teams in a collaborative environment
  • Gain experience with Microsoft Dynamics and manufacturing data management processes
  • Potential for contract extension based on project and business needs

If you're detail-oriented, enjoy working with systems and documentation, and are looking to build your experience in a manufacturing or medical technology environment, we'd love to hear from you.
