Microsoft Engineer

We're partnering with a leading telecommunications organisation to hire a Microsoft Engineer with strong infrastructure experience. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team environment, supporting core Microsoft technologies across a large enterprise environment.

Location: Melbourne CBD
Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite
Contract: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to convert to permanent

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support and resolution of infrastructure and endpoint-related tickets
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services and endpoint management
• Manage and maintain Active Directory and Windows Server environments
• Support and manage Microsoft Intune across the business
• Work across a combination of modern and legacy Microsoft technologies
• Partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver effective outcomes
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture

Requirements

• Australian Citizenship (mandatory) and willingness to obtain an AGSVA Security Clearance
• Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Proven experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Broad Microsoft infrastructure background with a generalist skill set
• Exposure to legacy Microsoft technology stacks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
