XLIT Consulting is looking for an experienced Microsoft Entra ID / IAM Operations Engineer to manage enterprise identity services, troubleshoot authentication issues, and ensure secure and reliable Single Sign-On (SSO) operations.

🎯 Ideal Candidate: A technically strong IAM professional with hands-on experience in identity operations, SSO troubleshooting, certificate management, and production support.

🔹 Key Responsibilities & Must-Have Skills:

✅ Hands-on experience operating Microsoft Entra ID in production environments.

✅ Manage SSO-enabled enterprise applications and app registrations.

✅ Troubleshoot SAML, OIDC, and OAuth2 authentication and token-related issues.

✅ Perform SAML certificate renewals and OIDC client secret/certificate rotations.

✅ Handle incidents and service requests through ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

✅ Monitor Entra ID sign-in logs, audit logs, and application health.

✅ Support SSO onboarding for new applications and coordinate testing with application teams.

✅ Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation.

✅ Apply IAM security best practices, including least privilege, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
