What they need
The Microsoft Fabric & Power Platform Support Engineer provides advanced platform support, incident resolution, application troubleshooting, and user assistance across Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
The role serves as a key escalation point for operational issues and collaborates closely with platform administrators, developers, and business users.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft analytics, reporting, or Power Platform solutions.
Strong troubleshooting experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
Experience working in a managed services or enterprise support environment.
Knowledge of ServiceNow, incident management, root cause analysis, and ITIL processes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer certification.
Power Platform Functional Consultant certification.
Experience supporting healthcare or regulated enterprise environments.
