该职位来源于猎聘 Role Summary Senior Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Engineer to support a data platform modernization initiative. The candidate will help migrate and redesign existing data warehouse, ETL, and integration workloads into a modern Microsoft Fabric architecture. The role requires strong hands-on experience in Azure data engineering, SQL, data warehousing, pipeline migration, performance tuning, data quality, and modern lakehouse patterns. The candidate should be able to work with business users, architects, data owners, and BI teams to convert existing legacy data flows into scalable, governed, and production-ready data products.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern Azure data platforms.
• Experience with Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Notebooks, OneLake, and Direct Lake.
• Experience in migrating and redesigning existing data warehouse, ETL, and integration workloads into a modern Microsoft Fabric architecture
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures, performance tuning, data modeling, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with PySpark / Spark SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure SQL, ADLS, or similar Azure data services.
• Good understanding of Delta Lake, medallion architecture, incremental processing, and data warehouse design.
• Experience integrating data from SaaS platforms, APIs, files, relational databases, and on-premises sources.
• Strong data validation and reconciliation experience.
• Ability to document technical designs, data flows, test results, and operational procedures.
• Experience with capacity planning, and migration assessment.
• Knowledge of data governance, data classification, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with performance benchmarking, capacity planning, and migration assessment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce, Dataverse, D365FO, or SharePoint data integration.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, data cataloging, lineage, sensitivity labels, and DLP.
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zone, networking, private endpoints, VNet Data Gateway, Key Vault, and managed identities.
• Knowledge of data governance, data classification, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in enterprise data warehouse modernization projects.
