Role & responsibilities

Senior D365 F&O Technical Consultant | Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Job Role

• Design, develop, customize and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Work on end-to-end D365 F&O implementation, enhancement and application support projects.
• Gather technical requirements and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain customizations using X++, C#, Visual Studio and D365 F&O extensions.
• Work on Chain of Command (COC), Extensions, OData and integrations with external systems.
• Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and other Microsoft/Azure services.
• Prepare high-quality Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, code merging and system optimization.
• Support incident management, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Work with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment and environment management.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams and clients throughout implementation and support activities.
• Follow SDLC, Agile and enterprise software engineering practices.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure project timelines are met.
• Support solution architecture, deployment and delivery activities and act as an Application Lead when required.
