The main tasks and responsibilities:

The IAM Technical Specialist will design, implement, and operate Microsoft Identity solutions within national projects.

Responsibilities include developing architectures, maintaining IAM systems (monitoring, ticket handling, change requests, problem management, backup/recovery), updating documentation, providing technical advice, monitoring technologies, supporting operational teams, and recommending improvements to designs and processes.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
• Several years of relevant experience in IAM and infrastructure
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Identity solutions (MIM & FIM), integrated user management, Active Directory, LDAP, and user/group management
• Ability to independently develop architectures and technical documentation
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Windows Server (2016+), PowerShell scripting
• Experience with database systems, especially MS SQL
• Fluent in German and English (business level)

Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.
