About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Intune Administrator (L2/L3) to manage and support Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management solutions across our global enterprise environment.

In this role, you will serve as the technical expert for Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure device management, Windows Autopilot deployment, endpoint compliance, application delivery, and modern desktop services. You'll work closely with Service Desk, Security, Infrastructure, Local IT, and project teams to maintain a secure and reliable digital workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Manage Windows Autopilot provisioning, device enrollment, and lifecycle management.
• Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Deploy and troubleshoot applications through Microsoft Intune.
• Support Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Windows LAPS, Conditional Access, and endpoint security initiatives.
• Troubleshoot Intune enrollment, policy conflicts, compliance issues, and application deployment failures.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and deployment success while driving continuous improvements.
• Coordinate with global IT teams, Security, Microsoft Support, and vendors during incidents, projects, and changes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational standards.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management processes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, End User Computing, or Modern Workplace environments.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 or endpoint technologies.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Intune administration in an enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with Windows Autopilot and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience managing device compliance, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Hands-on experience with BitLocker, Windows LAPS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Conditional Access.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and reporting concepts is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 endpoint lifecycle management.
• Experience working within ITIL-based support environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a global 24x7 support environment.
