Microsoft M365 Administrator

As a Microsoft M365 Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft 365 environment. You will ensure the smooth operation, security, and efficiency of our M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and other related applications. Your role will involve collaboration with various internal departments to support their needs and optimize the use of M365 tools.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience 3-5 years. Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing and administering Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with hybrid environments and migration projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.

Skills/Certifications

• Knowledge of M365 stack and ancillary systems that connect and support our environment.
• Ability to maintain and support infrastructure services related to M365 such as ADFS, Entra Connect, Okta, Entra ID, Symantec.cloud.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft licensing and associated products.
• Conditional access policies, DLP, Data Retention policies, Data Labels
• Microsoft Graph, PowerShell
• Entra app registration management
• Management of scheduled tasks, scripting for automation
• PowerBI, Power Platform administration and reporting
• M365 Copilot administration and reporting
