Role Description This is a full-time Microsoft Power Apps Developer role based in the Philippines, offered in a hybrid setup that combines on-site work with some work-from-home flexibility. The developer will design, build, and maintain Power Apps solutions, including canvas and model-driven apps, to support business workflows and process automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, configuring connectors and integrations with Microsoft 365 and other systems, and optimizing app performance and usability. The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, creating documentation, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven app development, and familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Experience working with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and related integrations to support business processes.
• Solid understanding of application design, UI/UX principles, and basic data modeling to build user-friendly, reliable solutions.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions in an iterative, collaborative manner.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to detail and a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities, including working with stakeholders and technical peers in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with other Microsoft Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) and general programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, C#, or similar) is an advantage.
